Abstract
Discovery of Unconscious is a great human advance and also human asset. The therapist can not understand and help the patient efficiently if he/she were to treat the patient by descriptive approach such as seeing the external surface symptom, diagnosis and prescription. The psychodynamic approach which treats the patient by understanding the patient¡¯s subjective experiences and Unconscious conflicts could be an efficient way of helping the patient. The author introduces three cases of neurotic patients: eating disorder, social phobia, and depression, as well as the author¡¯s own experience in regard to bold head. They show us that the symptoms and surface phenomena are connected with the Unconscious conflicts
